The car park was designed to hold a total capacity of 25,000 vehicles. The primary concerns in the design criteria for creating a car park with such a scope and capacity were easy access to the lots and convenience of parking. In designing the car park carrier system, factors such as efficient vehicle circulation, car park layout, structural strength and spatial quality became prominent. The implemented modular system does not only provide the open car park conditions, but also reduces vehicle and passenger circulation through diving the load. Internal gardens were implemented between the modules which provides users with a relaxing, social area and additionally assists in guiding and orienting passenger circulation.
